This page answers a venue-planning question: before opening a racing simulator space for an arcade, FEC or karting venue, what should you confirm about site conditions, electrical setup, quantity and daily operation?
Before you decide how many simulators to install, confirm four basics first.
1. Venue dimensions and intended use Decide whether the project is for a commercial entertainment venue, a karting venue add-on experience, a mall experience zone or another FEC-style use case. Then confirm the available floor area, not only for the equipment footprint but also for movement clearance, operator access and customer flow.
2. Electrical conditions The existing site information confirms that the power configuration can be customized for the destination country. That does not mean every site can be treated the same. Voltage, frequency, plug standard and the real electrical setup should still be confirmed project by project.
3. Access path and move-in route A simulator project can fail at the installation stage if the move-in path is ignored. Confirm door width, corridor turns, elevator conditions if relevant, unloading access and the final route into the venue before locking the configuration.
4. Quantity and operating mode Also confirm whether the project is for a single unit or multiple units. Existing site information confirms wired networking and multi-unit simultaneous racing, so quantity affects not only floor space but also operating flow, network planning and staffing. For related product facts, see Specifications, Applications, How to Choose and Buying Guide.
For venue planning, the already confirmed equipment size is:
That dimension is the starting point, not the whole venue requirement.
Because this is a 6DOF motion simulator, the site should also reserve space for the motion envelope, operator clearance and customer circulation. In practice, a venue should not plan purely around the body size of the machine. The move-in route, entrance width and installation conditions on site still need confirmation before final layout is fixed.
If the project uses more than one simulator, the spacing between units should also be checked together with access and operating flow.
Existing site information confirms three points that matter for planning:
For this reason, the electrical plan should be treated as a project item, not as a generic assumption. The practical questions are:
The same principle applies to pricing. The existing site now uses Get a custom quote instead of showing a fixed reference price, and this is not a delivered total. The site also clearly states that transport, customs duty, customs clearance, VAT, on-site installation/debugging and optional upgrades are not included.
The standard version currently confirmed on the site includes nine items:
Final quotation and delivery scope still need to be confirmed according to destination country, venue conditions, quantity and project configuration.
A simulator venue is not only an equipment purchase. It is also an operating process.
Charging flow The existing site information already says that charging flow should be confirmed according to the real project. That means a venue should decide in advance how customers will enter the experience: front desk sale, booking flow, event sessions or another operating model.
Maintenance arrangement The site also confirms that maintenance arrangement should be part of planning. In practice, a venue should define who handles daily inspection, start-up and shut-down, cleaning, customer guidance and basic issue reporting.
Multiplayer and networking Existing pages confirm wired networking and multi-unit simultaneous racing. If the venue plans more than one simulator, networking should be treated as part of the operating design from the start, together with quantity, floor plan and customer flow. If you are still comparing motion-platform options before committing to a venue plan, read How to Choose. If you are preparing for supplier comparison and quotation, read the Buying Guide.

Discuss your projectIf you are planning a racing simulator venue, send the country, venue type, available space, access conditions and target quantity before asking for a final quotation. That makes it easier to confirm the installation scope and project configuration.
