1. Website operator and contact

The responsible operator is 广州星旅科技有限公司. The website uses the brand 火星旅客. For enquiry and privacy requests, email a605170657@gmail.com.

2. Project enquiries

When you submit the enquiry form, the fields you choose to provide (name, company or venue, country or region, use scenario, preferred reply channel and contact detail, quantity, purchase timing and project requirements) are sent through Cloudflare Email Service to the operator’s Gmail enquiry inbox. The operator uses these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss configuration and quotation. Do not provide passwords, identity documents or other sensitive information. Form entries are not saved in browser storage.

3. Direct contact channels

If you contact us by email, WhatsApp or WeChat, those services process your communications under their own terms and privacy notices. Your selected contact details are used to respond to your project enquiry, not to enrol you automatically in marketing lists.

4. Retention

The operator’s agreed rule is to retain enquiry emails for 12 months after the last business contact and delete them when that period expires. Records needed for completed orders are handled separately according to applicable requirements. Automatic mailbox deletion is not currently configured; deletion must be carried out by the operator. You may request deletion by contacting the email address above, subject to any applicable record-keeping requirements.

5. Hosting, security and language preference

Cloudflare provides hosting and security services. Technical request data, including IP address, requested URL and request time, may be processed for hosting, security and rate limiting. The site stores only your chosen language preference in local browser storage. The current website code does not include Google Analytics or advertising pixels. Provider infrastructure may process operational data under its own settings and terms.

6. AI assistant

The AI recommendation service is currently disabled. No project preferences are sent to an AI provider through this feature while it is disabled. Before enabling it, the operator must update this notice, disclose the provider and data handling, and obtain the required consent.

7. Service providers and international visitors

Cloudflare and the operator’s email provider process data to deliver the website and enquiry messages. Direct contact services process information when you choose to use them. These providers may process information in other countries under their applicable terms and configurations.

8. Your choices and requests

Submitting an enquiry is optional. Contact the operator at the email address above to ask about access, correction or deletion of enquiry information. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location and circumstances.
